The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 10 days from receipt of payment for the goods, agreeing the delivery time with the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to unilaterally exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the order, immediately informing the Seller of its exercise. The right of withdrawal may be exercised as provided in regulatory enactments, these Terms of Use and other applicable conditions issued by the Seller. The Customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning such an order.

When returning food products to the Seller, they must be in the original packaging and unopened. If the customer cannot ensure these requirements, the Seller reserves the right not to refund the customer for the returned goods.

Upon receiving the goods, the BUYER verifies their quality and compliance with the order. In the event of non-compliance of the goods, by making a photographic record of the non-compliance indicating the location and time, the BUYER has the right to refuse the goods and not accept them. A notice of non-compliance and the photographic materials must be sent within 24 hours to [email protected]. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.
