Freeze-dried, or "cold-dried"
During the freeze-drying process, berries and fruits are dried in a vacuum at very low temperatures (down to -40 °C).
During drying, vitamins and minerals (98%) are preserved in the product. The dried product retains its natural aroma and taste. The product’s texture is crunchy.
Important: store the product in a closed container so that moisture in the air cannot get in.
